    REMUNERATION IS DUE BY:

    2% of the amount of the annual rent for intermediary fees and tenant search, in accordance with the ALUR law applicable on 27.03.2014 3.2014
    12 Euros of m² for: visits, constitution of the file and drafting of the lease.

    2. RENTALS FOR INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL USE

    10% VAT of the three-year rent excluding charges payable by the lessee

    • Residential Lease: Included in our rental fees
    • Residential lease, property not rented by the agency: 500 euros including VAT distributed between the owner and the tenant

      4. MANAGEMENT

    • 7.20% VAT on receipts (rent + charges)
    • 2.50% "guarantee of unpaid rent + real estate damage + legal protection »
